James McDavid
(Exercise Physiologist, Support Services Lead)
James McDavid graduated from the University of Florida with his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 2016. He began working at Kinetix after graduation and later received additional certification in Exercise Physiology from the American College of Sports Medicine. As Support Services Manager he oversees the laser therapy and wellness programs at Kinetix, performs diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound testing at the clinic, and helps lead our team of Rehab Aides. He enjoys emphasizing the importance of functional exercises and strength on improving quality of life and movement and likes utilizing the diagnostic ultrasound to help visualize and educate patients on anatomical structures and how physical therapy at Kinetix can help improve your prognosis. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, aquarium management/aquascaping, cars, and computer programming.
