
Dr. Scott Eddins
(PT, DPT, SCCE, ECS, COMT Clinical Director)
Dr. Scott Eddins, PT, DPT, SCCE graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology in 2012 and also received his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2016. Scott has been a member of the Kinetix family since 2011 as a volunteer, undergraduate intern, and rehab aide prior to attending physical therapy school. Dr. Eddins is an active member of the Orthopedic Section of American Physical Therapy Association and Florida Physical Therapy Association. He demonstrates a commitment to life-long learning and is credentialed through the APTA as a clinical instructor. Scott serves as the Site Coordinator of Clinical Education and helps facilitate placement of volunteers, undergraduate interns, and doctoral students into our facility as well as the liaison to the UF DPT Equal Access Clinic where he supervises student physical therapists. Outside the clinic, Scott enjoys playing soccer and golf, and most importantly spending time with his family.
Dr. Eddins is skilled in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and neurological dysfunctions for individuals of all ages. Scott is passionate about the success of his patients and employs an individualized, compassionate approach to patient care. He is trained in diagnostics offered at Kinetix Physical Therapy including diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound as well as nerve conduction studies and electromyography and more.
